it's a shame i only got to wear it a handful of times before it shrunk...

aunty sandra, cousin sara, aunty caroline, cousin isabelle, cousin isaac, aunty stella, phin and lin all came down for the day to visit.

it was such a shame daddy was at work, but we all had fun.

i don't know what cousin belle was on, but she kept asking for dolphins and elephants!

mummy's idea for this blog was to be all about me, and me only...

problem is that we've accumulated quite a nice collection of piccies which are not only of me and it would be nice to share them!

our first family portrait!!!

taken by uncle al and aunty mich just before they headed to their home in the hills!

uncle al and aunty mich came down and took this photo of me which mummy then used for my 'red egg and ginger' party invitations.

big cuddles all around and i even heard that i was the first baby aunty mich had fed!

i also had a very nice nap on uncle al's lap!

formula

on the advice of the paediatrician, i was on formula for 48 hours to give my liver a break.

mummy did not seem to like this advice....

invention

not happy, dad decided to 'invent' his own light therapy unit for me at home.

he used an industrial flourescent light box which ong ngoai had given him from the sheraton hotel and placed it underneath a sheet of perspex he pulled from the spa.

i laid on this each night butt naked but for my nappy and by day, had 'sun' therapy!

this is also my third hat!

ba ngoai decided to use the good old fashioned method to rid me of jaundice.






looks like my brother is also treating himself for jaundice outside!

ah, dad's foot fetish is really quite extreme...

ah, had to get butt naked and they shoved me in a light box overnight.

silly bili-bands over my eyes kept coming off so daddy sticky taped it to my forehead!

i was dressed and we were all ready to go home when suddenly dr robinson came in and said we had to stay because i was jaundiced!

aunty lieu was disturbed that the whities are trying to bleach the asian out of us!!!

this is the ingenious 'kiddopotamus swaddleme' wrap mummy found whilst surfing the net one late, late night...

brilliant invention!

the velcro kept me soo snug and i slept for hours!

i love sleeping with dad.

only problem is he snores!

pink

my mummy bought this fantastic sling called 'peanut shell' and this is my first time in it!

yes it's pink, but my mummy loves pink!

besides, she bought it before i was born and she didn't know if i was going to be a boy or girl.

i can grow to love pink...

beach

we left bunbury regional hospital and were transferred to busselton hospital - right by the beach!

such a shame, but the hospital will be moved to vasse in the next few years and the current hospital will be no more...

...yes dad, i know that's a sail boat...
